The 2020 Budget Law enhanced the aid package for businesses by creating a national plan called TRANSITION 4.0, which brings together and integrates various measures.

Within this plan, key measures from the recent past, such as super- and hyper-depreciation, research and development tax credits, now also open to innovation and design, and measures to finance Training 4.0, have been incorporated and modified.
