AVVOLGIMENTO COMPLETO O SEMI-COMPLETO
Sistema di etichettatura in linea per l’applicazione di etichette a mezza fascia / avvolgimento totale e etichette di sicurezza: dedicato a prodotti cilindrici, conici e esagonali, fatti di vetro, alluminio e plastica.
Possibilità di orientare l’etichetta del corpo rilevando l’etichetta di sicurezza, il gap di alluminio o la lettura punto preciso sull’oggetto (codice a barre, logo o altro).
Sistema di etichettatura (altezza etichetta da 50-100-140 a 190mm) e nastro trasportatore motorizzato sono montati su basamento in acciaio inox. Interfaccia operatore con touch screen multicolore e sincronizzazione di tutto il
etichettatura passi da plc; memoria disponibile per 40 diversi formati (può essere
estesa). Il sistema include un sistema di spaziatura per una corretta separazione dei prodotti.

Automatic labelling system designed for the primary labels application on cosmetic products. The system is equipped with double labeling head and an alarmed perimeter protection able to guarantee a high safety standard for operators.
The products are loaded manually on the first conveyor belt and spaced during the transit on to the second.

This conveyor transports them to the high-precision labeling stations, equipped with dry printer to code lot number and date The system is equipped with a Flipping device to relase the “palete” open and face up on the exit conveyor belt. This solution automatically provide the products in the best way to automatically drop the glue in the palet, optimizing the production Double vision system to check the correct print job and the label presence on the product Ejection device for the not well managed prodcuts.
